I agree it’s over America voted REJOICE! We are a better nation for it. In the end Journalism did indeed die in 2008. However we must to stand tall as Americans we are the greatest nation the planet has ever known. When it’s all said and done we have taken a path that proves America is truly working toward equality.

Bill Clinton won on "CHANGE" and we as a nation were embarrassed by his lack of selfless service to our nation. Let us hope and pray the next president learns from his processors misgivings, accomplishes the impossible, and actually leads our nation to victory on two fronts. It is his duty to unite us as a people.

It's nice to have an uncontested election once in a while one way or another.

McCain's concession speech was very eloquent. Hopefully history remembers him well.

Well, DSA was the first to say it, but I'll give my opinion on it.

I'm ashamed. The fact he was black was a major deal, and seems to have gotten people voting for him on race alone. And for that, I'm ashamed for black Americans, and for the hippies and PC crowd voting for him solely because they 'can't vote against a black man'.

But I'm proud right now.

I'm proud that we do have a black president, and the numbers that voted him in can not be just voting for the black man. I'm proud he would have a great shot if we completely discounted those votes.

I'm proud that the side against 'voting because he's black' was so small as to be insignificant.

I'm proud the son of a foreigner even got the shot.

I'm proud of the turnout tonight.

I'm proud of the relatively clean campaigning this time around, rather than the vicious mudslinging of years past.

I'm proud that McCain was so eloquent and gracious, and didn't fight the obvious win.

This election almost gives me hope that, some day, we may be able to have the elections of our grandparents where it was a choice of choosing between two good candidates, instead of slowing the deterioration out country has gotten into.

Be bitter about what you want. I, for one, am still going to join organizations and fight tooth and nail over the worse parts, like I would have no matter how it turned out.

But for now, be proud.

I'm anything BUT proud. McCain I am proud of, but this country lacks so much wisdom that it elected the worst possible candidate ever.

Yeah, I'm worried that it will be attempted, and soon.
