Fan of EMR
I think the Light Support Weapon, Mega Power Fist and Hardened Power Armor did me well, I'm back in one piece and waiting for my PS3 to update so I can get some hardcore wasteland goodness in.

Or at least see for myself how glitchy the game is (There are a LOT of complaints on other boards.)

Fortunately the wife and I won't be venturing out into the Black Friday mess this year. She likes to shop, I'd just as soon get a kick in the nuts.

I'd say we might be out shopping on Saturday, however. I won't like it but I'll suffer through and pray for the end.

Wal-Mart Trampling Death

Last Update: 8:15 am

Print Story | Email Story

NEW YORK (AP) -- Police say a Wal-Mart worker has died after being trampled by a throng of unruly shoppers shortly after the Long Island store opened Friday.
Nassau County police say the 34-year-old worker was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead at about 6 a.m., an hour after the store opened.
The cause of death was not immediately known.
A police statement says a throng of shoppers "physically broke down the doors, knocking him to the ground."
Police also say a 28-year-old pregnant woman was taken to a hospital for observation.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc., in Bentonville, Ark., would not confirm the reports of a stampede during the day-after-Thanksgiving bargain hunting, but said a "medical emergency" caused them to close the store.

My family was just talking about that incident. I hope the family of the slain sue for billions; it's the only amount that will attract the attention of the execs.

Merry F***ing Christmas.
We have created such an unbelivable must have society that it is scary. Every year there is an incident like this with someone dying or being seriously injured. I hope it was worth it to the people that got their $300 laptop or what ever other junk they were trying to get that will probably break with in the 1st month. Someone's Son, Father, Brother or Uncle will not be around this Christmas or any other.
People wonder why I never have any holiday cheer. After 22 years in retail and every year it getting worse and worse and reading about things like this pretty well sums it up.

Bah Humbug!!!
