Hi, I am Airow Gun

I hope this is the right place for introductions. I represent the online entity of the Airow Gun. I'm basically here to answer any questions, concerns and just plain talk about the Airow Gun. I will also put out updates to our sites and let everyone know about deals and where we will go for future events.

Well about me. I'm Chris (the web guy) here and I've been playing paintball off and on since I was 10. I personally own a Mini and I've been using one of our field units for woodsball. I've shot everything from pumps to spool valve electros but I wouldn't call myself an expert on anything. I'm at home on the speedball field as well as in the woods. I also dabbled in airsoft during college (since it was a cheaper alternative). And with winter around the corner, I will be taking *sick* days to hit the mountains.

Definitely interested to hear about new toys!

I think I've always wondered a little bit about the airow gun, just how stable a platform it is vs something in the way of another more conventional paintball gun

Well as for new toys, we definitely have something in the works but its a secret. We are still working on a barrel kit (4 honed barrels) and the conversion kits soon. There have been some changes with the managing with the Airow Gun so that's why its been slow to get out there.

The Airow Gun itself is just as accurate as any other platform out there. Take it from me, I've never shot a bow before I got hired on and now I can pull a 60lbs bow back and shoot it with fairly good accuracy. Also it outdistances most markers by about 30-40 ft. We've also redesigned the valve to bring it up to about 270-280fps.

I think most of us would be skeptical of the physics defiant claim that the airbow shoots 30-40 feet further than other guns, when both guns are shot at the same velocity.

Please explain how it out distances most markers when it shoots at lower speeds than most markers...

I was about to say tread lightly with those sort of claims here, but I was beaten to it.
