Anyone own a DeWalt DW618 Router?

If you own one I need some help.

Trying to figure out what size the screws are for the sub base.

I thought they were #8 but those do not appear to fit.

#8 are 8-32 I think it's fine thread.

I have no idea what the ones for the DW618 sub base are.... that's what I'm trying to figure out.
So if anyone has a DeWalt DW618 router and has attached it to a insert plate I would like to know what screws you used.

I don't, but give Ottawa fastner a call or drop in.... they may sell them and know, or will be able to tell if you drop in.... good luck.

My Dewalt uses 8-32 screws on the baseplate.

8-32 is considered fine thread, there is no coarse version of 8-32 although there is a rarely used 8-36 which is finer. If its not 8-32 try M4 x 0.7

Great router though, I almost bought one but I got a killer deal on a porter cable 890. Loved the micro-adjustment on it.

This was on eReplacementparts.com : Purchase Power Tool Parts Online
