How many lost emails are due to ISP blocks?

Has anyone seen this stuff?

http://groups.google.com.hk/group/al...34755aa085661e

I brought up my own email server over the weekend, and had a problem sending test emails to my Comcast account. The server software vendor pointed me to this forum/thread. It seems Comcast is aggressively blocking mail from dynamic IPs, and their system is also stopping a lot of valid mail.

I'm glad I set up my own server. If I need to send email to a Comcast subscriber, I'll use my ISP account. I wonder how much mail that I want to see, never makes it to my inbox.....

I had that problem as well from my hosting company to Comcast. It is taken care of now, but I did lose e-mail as well as don't know how many of my e-mails sent out were lost.

I just found out I had some e-mails go undelivered that I had sent they were quite important and time sensitive as they relate to job seeking. I am at a loss of as what to do as one job was filled, I believe no e-mail was the cause for loss of that opportunity.

Funny..I'm working on this very problem now at work. Interesting how companies get blacklisted and don't know it.
