That's pretty funny, stupid...but funny. They probably didn't get arrested though, they technically didn't break any laws, unless they call that trespassing or disturbing the peace, or public indecency...

I also agree that they should be punished.
Whats to stop other idiots from doing something similar.
The thing that I really hate is if one of the idiots got hurt or drowned, Bass Pro would probably be held responsible.
Society in general sucks.
Although I work for the Tracker Marine/ Bass Pro located in New York, I have not heard anything about this situation. I asked about it a few months ago but was not able to find out if charges were pressed or not.
Probably not, most stores don't even prosecute shoplifters..
