No prob!

Truth be told, I created it last year at work. Dug it out, retouched it, and posted it now.

I'm finally done with the knitted scarf Xmas gift, waiting to order supplies for the next handcrafted gift (I know, I suck, people I care about are getting post Xmas gifts..), and being silly enough to possibly get a few other parodies up.

I started some this weekend, but they still suck. Keep your eyes open...

To the tune of, "Angels We Have Heard On High":

Vectors we have heard on high,
Loudly booming through the plains!
And the newbies in reply
Echoing their loudened refrain:

"Oh, my ears are ringing!
That thing's just too loud!
Oh, my ears are bleeding!
That thing's just too loud!"

'Twas the night before Christmas and all 'round eBay,
Not a soul was a-lurking, 'cept for Hap-pay.
His PayPal was bolstered with large sums of cash
In hopes that some new gear would soon join his stash.

The others were sleeping, quite carelessly too,
Since who would be up at a quarter past two?
Painthappy smiled, for the shipping was free
As he made ready to snipe that well-worn KP.

And from his keyboard arose such a clatter
as he bid and he wagered, mad as a hatter.
Away went the final few seconds of time
As he placed his last bid: winning price plus a dime.

The Lord of the Auction sat back in his chair
and smiled at his screen while soaked in its glare.
Now who can imagine the gleeful exclaim
by Happy, dim-lit, in his basement domain?

He turned 'round and gazed at his collection of guns
Some boxed, some hung, some piled by the tons.
Their numbers would grow as more and more came
And he grinned and he laughed and he called them by name:

"Now Nelsons! Now Sheridans!
Now old school and new!
All 'mags and 'cockers,
Red, purple and blue!
From the base of the wall
To the top of the stair!
Know that a new gun
soon will be there!"

They made not a sound, not a sigh nor a sass
For paintguns are only aluminum and brass.
Happy considered that their company might pale
To the warm, sweet embrace of a loving female.

He sat and he pondered, even thought he might quit,
"Is that all there is? Could this be it?"
Of course not, he knew he could not turn away
For there still where great guns to be bought from eBay.

Then he turned his head sideways and smiled just slight
As he thought how crazy and foolish his plight.
Then he walked up the stairs and as he turned out the light,
He turned and he said, "I'll be back next night."

Excellent, excellent! My compliments to these creative authors! Listessa's rendition of the 12 days of Christmas sounds almost like a line-up of Palmer's next "Wall Sale".

So what would it acctually cost to purchase the MCB 12days of Christmas? If I'm correct the original 12days would cost around 10-15k or something on those lines.

Me likes most definitly!
