90% of our population is within 100 miles of the border (roughly 27 mil. out of 33 mil.). We don't need guns, almost every house in the country has at least one blunt-force weapon(hockey stick). And chocolate bars were invented in Canada. So was the lightbulb.

Nope, you got that all wrong. Canada is more like the big fat chick that gets drunk at a party, and tries to climb all over you, while thinking she is magically hot all of a sudden.

I think pretty much any holiday is a good reason for drinking. That is pretty much a universal thing.

The fact that his 13 year old sister thinks Independence Day is an international holiday further shows how our education has failed us.

School is just a training ground for prison.

Canada does not celebrate July 4. Some Canadians might. There are very few of us who don't use every opporotunity to go to excess.. July 1 celebrations generally last til we have to go back to work. This year for many the party ended today. July 1 being a Wednesday many took holidays to extend the day off threw Thursday and Friday.
