well no, not at all but then again I consider "american" as people from anywhere in the Americas (north and south america).

I remember listening to the Neal Boortz show about a month ago when he started talking about some consultant that gives advice to political talk show hosts on raising ratings. One of the little bits of advice was to not use the word "neocon" as it tends to give the person hearing (or in this case reading) it a very negative impression of the person using it. Neal then went on to talk about how every time a caller has used it on the show they never really make any good points and tend to make themselves out as morons. I see nothing in your post that disputes either of those observations.
