An outright ban, Heck why not. As it is not that hard to fund the build on yourself if you are serious. And if you cant come up with the funds, you can catach up with mar and look for quarters to pick up .
the progressive payment system in my view would be the only other logical way to go.

And I was talking about JUST myself. I posted in the thread since I was too lazy to dig up scarecrow's email and didn't feel like PMing him.

I wasn't trying to speak for any number of group, just my own time frame since my life has a lot of far more important things than paintball.

Plus, Scarecrow doesn't have the best track record for this sort of thing and I did realize it when I went in to this. (No offense Scarecrow.)

The only time I heard "agreeance" used in a sentence was when Fred Durst used it at the Video Music Awards. Why do I remember this? I have no idea...Maybe because I'm a grammar nazi.....

Ummm..... "Agreeance", noun, The act of agreeing. Example: Usage of the site constitutes agreeance with these terms.

My intent was not to imply you were stating anything other than your opinion about YOU. As I did in my statement about ME.

As for the rest of the post, I'm not concerned with vilification of anyone, not Scarecrow nor any other member of this forum. All I am concerned with is recovering the funds spent on this project or a finished project.

This is not the first pre-order problem I have had, and had quite a problem with another pre-order that had to be dealt with off the net "in the real world". You win some, you lose some, but you try to at least come out financially as even as possible.

I will be more than happy to try and communicate what steps I take as the time comes with others who have pre-ordered, but am not interested in spending my time checking words in the dictionary or playing games of symantics while trying to ensure that a fair out come results for all. Those who want to wait indefinitely are more than welcome to do so, as for me, there's a disitnct line when there's been enough time.

For now I'm just waiting for the next update and am hoping that it, as well as a serious estimated time for a completion, comes before the 2 year mark from the date of payment.

The problem here is Scarecrow didn't need the funds to build the order, he needed cash for other things. He's spent all the cash already. I posted this before:

What these threads show me is we have a large group of folks that are VERY understanding/forgiving here on the forum.

If I was caught up in this or the H8TR at this point I would be pursuing legal action.
