I would have to concur at this point...

Lets see he can talk to or message Venge but the people he owes $$ or items he seems to be unable to communicate with. Well hell we know he got paid in the last week or so as per Venge's post and yet here we are a week later and nothing, no shipments (at least not for me) and no contact.

I am going to go out on a limb here but I am betting he hasn't shipped shit and has no intention of doing it ... well he might have the intentions but you know what they say ... : The road to hell is paved with good intentions, just ask Monica Lewinski.

If I were Venge, I'd do two things...

1. Distance myself as far as possible from this mess.

2. Let Mr. Mackey clean up his own Sh!t

If John Mackey can't take the time to contact us then we will take the time to pursue him through legal channels.

Apparently my efforts the previous week were not enough to garner a resolution.

We will see if that same effort, times the number of people he has screwed over, will equal a resolution, or jail time.

Sunday night I will furnish his info, and my contact at his local PD, to everyone who has contacted me.

Then on Monday one way or another this will be over.

This is WAY too much trouble for what SHOULD have been a simple transaction.

UPDATE:

I talked to Sargeant Elder at the local Police department (Detective), he said that regarding internet fraud it must be referred to www.ic3.gov. This is the FBI's internet crime group. This web site will let you fill out a complaint, COPIES of the complaint with be filed with your local PC and Mr Mackey's local PD and the ATTOURNEY GENERAL. Now in regards to more serious crimes the FBI will investigate directly, on smaller issues the local authorites will handle it, which is where I believe Mr Mackey is right now.

I had the opportunity to also talk directly with JOHN MACKEY, who allowed me to publish his number 859-619-7253. He is available to talk and whether or not his story is worthy of sympathy or empathy its his story to tell. Call him. I don't feel solid about filling out documents at the federal level yet...yet.

I know many of you are supremely pissed at this situation as am I, what you do from here is your choice. However I feel it neccessary to let any other would be scheister's on MCB know that I will post this link to any and all who wish to know where to find recourse when being badly dealt with.

For Mr Mackey has time with me, I reccommend you call and talk with him a determine the right course for you.
