Well today is the day- I will file as well if by the time I get home I have not received my marker. I gave him time and have spoken to him and given him the opportunity to correct or continue to lie to me. My conscience is clear on this now.

Failing that, has anyone had any contact with Medic?

Believe it or not- I actually got home not even thinking about it and there was my Illusion waiting for me (do not mistake the wording I chose to use as reflecting any type of excitement) great. HOWEVER no SC Feeds.

I recieved a PM from him on the 5th November stating that I would recieve my marker very soon. I still have not recieved it yet.

Wow, he's answering PMs?

"Soon" might mean 5 to 8 months.

Ok, I did what Angelpena suggested and called J. Mackey's place of work and left a message that "if he didn't send me the items I paid for by a certain date, I was pressing charges on fraud." The deadline I gave was Feb 14. His boss intercepted the message and turned it in to the Nicolasville P.D. and they in turned called me. From what I was told, I was the straw that broke the camel's back and they are pressing charges against him for fraud and a couple other things. Oops....

And so, if you are owed anything by John Mackey, contact the Nicolasville P.D. They want to here from you.

From what they told me, Mackey is looking at a year in JAIL if he doesn't settle up.

He sent me a pm on another forum about 2 days ago asking if one of my guns was still for sale. Well it looks like something is actually going to get done. Maybe those of use who are dealing with punsiher with have the same results.
