I had a scam once. I involved the DA, the Police, the FBI. Once you involve the FBI they also get a hold of the DA for you. You just need to go and present him all your information (emails, PM's and whatever else you have).Needless to say his mom called me crying that he is going to federal jail for a few months and that my stuff is in the mail. The FBI also contacted me asking if I received my item back and to tell me that they are prosecuting him as he was reported in a few other mail frauds. 2 days later I had all my stuff back.

Just to let people know that it can work out. It did take 2-3 months for the whole process.

good to hear someone got what they deserved.. its really not that hard to go to the post office and mail goods you sold.. I don't get why anyone would want to rip someone off.
