Anyone been scammed on MCB yet?

I dealt with this member : Ericsson0788 - trade for Nintendo Wii for my Sheriday up'd PMI Marker

He was very professional and seemed like a good guy. We both decided to ship first, kept good communication. I shipped my package via USPS with Delivery confirmation and sent him the tracking number.

Package oddly was forwarded to another address, and finally showed it was delivered. I have not been able to get ahold of him since.

My question to you the members, is first, has any one dealt with him in the past? Second, being that it was sent through the mail, it becomes a federal offense if it is mail fraud. I have talked to my postmaster about it and taking the means possbile to handle this situation. Any other suggestions to possibly track the guy down?

Wow... Hmm... Well, he's still around. Last activity was the 19th, and last post was on the 16th.

His e-mail is: ericsson0788@yahoo.com

Otherwise, you have his address. Try finding a phone number using the address. Looks like he's 18 or 19... Born in 88. Probably still living at home. Worst case, he's just about to start college and probably a lag because of that?

Not sure what else to say.

In the case of chaos and his debacle with ricin I was able to provide him with a bit of information that should help.

wait, wasn't he the one selling the wii that looked like a european model?

sorry to hear you didn't even get it, i figured he was trying to scam people with a system that wouldn't play any games availible here, sounds like he's just not sending anything at all.

His latest activity on here was tonight at 8:17pm Pacific Time. I would figure if you have PM'd him he has read it by now. If you don't hear back from him soon I would call his local Police and report him as the thief that he appears to be.

I had someone check out the mailing address...guess what, empty apartment.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON. I have filed a claim with USPS Police department, definitely gonna get this scammer nailed.
