you told me the mag was tuned in one of our conversations. not sure which pm. i dont usually save pms.

upon opening the original ptp micromag box, which i kept. it was filled with packing peanuts. i emptied those. i didnt expect there was anything loose in it. i wouldnt expect anyone would "pack" a small easily lost sear pin floating around in packing peanuts.

again. stop with the slander. i had a bank issue as explained. as explained, my paypal is fine. just not my ebay. i have good feedback from lots of users here, i have a collection that almost matches up with brewtts. most bought here.

as for communication, i was in contact pretty much every other week. i am not sure how much more "in contact" a person could be.

you havent done me right. i am not lazy, or careless. i am used to things being done right. who packs a tiny piece of metal loose in packing peanuts?

as far as i am concearned, you owe me a hard to replace ptp feed neck, and a rt parts kit. you have my address. make things right.

I do save PMs, as you can see by the fact that I posted them, and as you can see I NEVER said it was in tune! The Auction even said "bolt may need tuning, as-is". I'm sorry that you didn't read the description but that's not my fault, nor is it an MCB issue. If you were so dissapointed why did you leave me positive feedback on eBay?

It was not loose, it was in the foam of the box... It was the same way Rypper sent it to me, and I didn't have a problem. The box was only 6"x10" or something along those lines. You can't seriously have expected to just dump out the whole thing and pick the gun up out of the pile.

It's not slander, it's your feedback... Those people don't just describe "non-payment" or "bank issues"; they describe an utter lack of communication or willingness to work things out on your part. They also take place of the course of over a year; which is a long time for a "bank issue". They also describe you as a deadbeat who lies to protect his own ass.

I have feedback from a lot of members here too, some good and some bad (I think I'm something like 26+/2- counting this incident) but I don't have a horrendous 2-year smear on my eBay track record relaying the same problems illustrated here.

First of all, that 2-week communication thing is bunk. I've got records of the eBay message you sent me, and everything you sent on PbN... Second of all, they way you dealt with this situation (and the package) does not speak of a "careful" or "attentive" person. Why would I throw you freebies then not send the whole gun? Anybody who's seen my MCB or PbN sales knows I've had more Micromag parts than I know what to do with lately; I've been practically giving them away (at no profit) just to get them out of my house.

First of all, you don't need an R/T kit to tune the bolt. Second of all, why don't you go to your town dump and talk to them, as I'm sure they have a PTP Feedneck in stock just like the one you're looking for.

As far as hard-to-replace goes? ProTeam has them for $15 in stock, and Walrus has one for sale in the Misc. section of the B/S/Ts.

i do happen to have a pm in my box from oct here asking about it. i believe i asked on other forums as well.

and tuning a bolt, does not mean needing to replace reg seats and other various orings in the valve. totally different things. tuning means no parts kit needed. since i had to replace parts, that is a bit beyond tuning, dont you think?

and i dont care how it was shipped to you, you shipped it poorly to me. the seer pin shoulndt have been loose. period.

ebay... over it. i have stated the facts. and as you stated you have poor feedback here. i dont. that in itself speaks volumes. i also know that there are others whom are very disappointed with your trading, but like me they have bit their tounges so to say writing it off as just a oops or whatever. if i were to actually have a feedback thread here, it would dwarf yours. so... lets not talk about whos cool and whos not. remember your in the "hall of shame". you didnt do me right. thats the bottom line.

and if its so easy for you to get another feedneck, have one sent to me. also, a parts kit. thanks.

Ok, where is it? I had no trouble posting the conversations we had...

Well, I can name several PbN members and a couple MCB'ers who actually fired the marker (without paint) in the days before I sent it out, so if you'd like some names and IDs I'll more than gladly give them to you.

It was the factory box. I shipped it in the same way I recieved it. I'm not going to argue with you; only a moron would dump out a tiny little marker case and take out the marker! If it had been little baggie of O-rings or a spare reg nut it would have been shipped the same way. Your stupidity isn't my problem. I'll say that outright.

First of all, you're calling me out on a deal not related to this forum and that's not really right. Second of all, you've "explained" your problems on eBay pretty vaguely, and they're relevant to this... They took place over a YEAR; it was not an isolated event. You sold items and never shipped them, then kept the money (?) and there are a few other "nice" descriptions of how you operate listed there.

I'm not talking about "who's cool and who's not", I'm talking about the issue at hand and how your behaviour on eBay relates to it. As for dissapointed trades, I know "Splashkitsrocks420 is mad that my other MicroMag broke on him, but I'm not doing jackshit about it until he gives me the Tac8 he allegedly "sent" me.

Also, you'll note this Hall of Shame thread was resolved, by my sending of (3) barrels to replace the one lost... So feel free to bring it up but keep in mind it says "resolved" on the top of the page.

Buy one yourself... As I said, PTP has them in stock. You won't pay more than you'd pay for, say, an AGD Automag rail.

This thread should have been closed a while back when my problem was resolved.

It should be up to the new party, to start a new thread, and have it go to the HALL OF SAME, not piggyback on a old problem in a old thread to get attention !

I asked the mod to close this thread and remove it from the hall of shame a while back.

and you wonder why you have problems now... ssshhhheeees
