I bought a gun from pbballer Monday the 6th. I then on the 13th receive a concerned fellow mcarter brown member telling me how he " bought a loader way over a week. no response since payment and after looking around it looks like he sold the same loader 2 months ago". pbballer has not been on since the 7th and his inbox is full. It is now the 17th, 11 days since payment, and still no gun. If anybody play at his local field or know how to get in contact with him, please let me know. I just wanted to post this up so no other member would get taken advantage of. Thanks

Call local authorities or a google search of his name should give you a phone number to call, giving a polite courtesy call to his parents may help this process along?

Wait for painthappy to see this if he registered here he has his IP and maybe he has some tricks up his sleeve.

I don't think I've ever checked feedback on MCB when buying something, if their name is green(a member), lots of post, and registered for a long time chances are you won't have problems. I should start to check, I get too trustworthy with people. The people that will give you problems most of the time are the ones registered July 2009, no posts, and post rules all over their sale.

yes it looks like he's a scam artist. he has his own feedback thread. just didn't see prior to dealin with him.

Just wanted to update everyone: Gun still has not come and probably never will. Had to file a claim with paypal. BEWARE of this seller.

kinda strange.. he does have feed back from respectable members here.. maybe something happened to him as he did ship to another member here that had no issues.

Sorry to hear you didn't get your marker though.. I would be pretty upset as well.

I do and reported the original post in the feedback thread. It looks like pbballer is "seeded" his own feedback thread with positive feedback to buy credibility.

I've never seen that type of scam on M.CB. It's a tough one to police, if the user is savvy enough to use different IP addresses to create the other accounts.
