Just a little story about my 'Cat..

This past weekend I hit up EMR's Spring castle conquest. As usual, I brought my Alley Cat and a back-up (this time my 2000 series cocker). For big games, I slap on the 'Cat two tanks. This time two 20oz CO2 tanks. One I had on remote, and kept that off, the other was on the vertical ASA. Loaded up, went to chrono and I dialed it in between 230-240 FPS (PERFECT, if you ask me, it was shooting as far and accurate as everyone else chronoing at 280).

Anyhow, I played the day. Participated in both castle games. I shot over 2,000+ rounds throughout the day. At the end of the second castle game, I trotted down to where people were unloading on some bunkers. I finished up my hopper, and then shot about 20 times before my tank ran dry. Thats when it hit me...I shot at least a FULL case of paint, one ONE 20oz CO2 tank! Talk about a fricken efficent marker. God I LOVE this thing. ICD should never have stopped making it!

Ah, but it wasn't able to be electrocuted so it faded unto obscurity and is now the love of curmudgeonly old mech paintballers like us....

I've seen the same type of efficiency out of my 'cat. Doesn't shoot more than 240 either, but it makes a damn fine marker for the 30 I paid for it
