Gutting a Fox regulator

Hey All,
Been awhile in the ICD section I want to bring my Fox off the wall and start playing with it again. I've seen posts about gutting the reg and using a PPS stab. Now can I do that with any other regulator?
Thanks,
Joe

Fan of EMR

It's been a while but IIRC just remove the valve poppet and poppet spring.

I believe everything else has to remain.

Any reg will work. Remove everything from the reg body in the above pic to the left of the adjustment screw. Wrap teflon tape around the adjustment screw to seal it, reinstall, and you're good to go.

Cool about any reg. This marker has always been good to me. I was sponsored by ICD and one of the things our team had to do was go to the factory and build our own markers. So I had this thing since then! It was also on the first B2K box cover photo lol . It will be great to shoot her again.
