well, i just wrote a whole review and it wouldn't except it so here it goes again all summarized. there light, fast, quiet, and OK on air. There quality suffers though. The reg in my brand new freestyle was bad and blew the solenoid and air tube in the marker. $107 fix. It was new but I bought if off Ebay and didn't want to send it into the factory because i took it apart.
Anyways, i think there an good gun because there positives outweigh their negatives and they can help the price drive to fall down in new markers. Bottom line is that ICD heading in the right direction of today's market.
(To think that was summarized........)

Ya... Stock ICD regs can't be trusted

my big question about the freestyle would have to be:

after showing a real love for reusing gun names such as bushmaster or promaster why did they call this the freestyle instead of the desert fox.

AGD and ICD should team up come out with a super light super fast gun and market it together. That would be sweet!
hmm... so they would come up with something sweet and both companies would fail to market it properly. It's not a bad idea but from posts above it looks like ICDs marketing is crap and Tom Kaye has admitted his marketing sucks.

I think they should reissue some pump bushmasters. Go with SC feed, Vert air, stock, either a VA bolt or do it with valve spring tension. Just kind of go through and update it all. Try to get a fully loaded pump for under $300. It wouldn't have regs so one of the pieces that ICD has had trouble with would be eliminated. Just looking at the interest the new grey ghosts got I think it could do rather well especially if it were a bit cheaper. Oh and avoid the fade anno, I haven't been really impressed by the ICD anno crew.

If ICD and AGD teamed up they would probably have come up with the FS-8.

If you look at a diagram of a Freestyle and Mag the Freestyle is the closest thing to a mag in the high-end electro market.

I agree with mark..or at least the first gen freestyle was.

I think that if ICD was smart they would bring out a dual pump armed pump. Centerfeed with good threads and stock class. There is a market.

And I agree that their fades stunk. No fading, one side is one color and the other side is another color, thats it.

ICD stopped doing those fades for that exact reason.BUT! You can, RARELY find one of like 10 faded FS8's, but there's very few if any. For the freestyles... Your better off for finding information at Nation and at ICDOG.

Yeah... I know a little bit about them ^.^;;
