Custom Milling

I saw it said you charge $35 per hour for custom milling, but how exactly does that work? How do you measure the time it takes for something to be milled?

I am interested in getting an autococker body milled, but need to get this price thing figured out first please.

Also, do you offer cheaper prices if we use more than one of your survices? Such as custom milling and an anno?

I can

If you have a diagram of what you want i can give you a quote for how much time it will take. Just so you know i am absolutley swamped with work so it would be a few weeks.

I have time, I still need to get the body I plan on getting milled :P. I dont have a diagram, but a picture of something similar that somebody else did.

Mine will be a vert feed though, and in that picture, he only has the left side finished. That is pretty much exactly what I want except with 2 windows, instead of one.
If possible, you could give me 2 quotes please? For the 2nd, it will be the same as the first, except at the top have some slits going across that will expose the bolt.

Thanks, I appriciate it.

You would be better off finding a jackal body. They match what you are looking for since you have not found a body yet.

The setup, programing for those kinda cuts would be very time consuming. Based on my estimates you are looking 4 to 6 hours of mill time

Is there any way you could find out exactly how long it will take? Based on your 35 per hour, 140-210 is a big gap, and I would like to know exactly what I will be spending on this before I agree to getting it done.
Thanks.

How would the price be effected if I got it halfblocked with the rest of the body milled the way I want?

What host body would you be using? There are some differences that would have to be figured in
