| Custom aluminum block - barrel sleeve milling? Hi Is it possible for you to take a raw aluminum block, drilled a hole straight through in (about 1.5" diameter) and then do cosmetic milling on the outside? ideally, it would look flow with the phoenix body: ![]() so that it look like the entire marker extend to the tip of the barrel instead of stopping at where the body end? |

| Yes it is possible. The hole s not an issue the cosmetic milling for a "one of" job like that would be very very expensive.

| It doesn't seem very cost effective for me to do at this point. You would be into the barrel well over a hundred dollars and you can find one used for 20 to 35 bucks. But if you have to have one let me know.

| Since that seem to be out of the question would it be possible for you to: Take an aluminum rod ( square) twist it to produce spiral around it and then drill through it to produce a hole large enough for the barrel to go through? |

| It would take an enormous amount of force to twist a rod of that size. I doubt anyone here would have the machinery to do it. Not to mention the fact that the rod probably will not twist uniformly. The hole is the easy part. |
