Custom work F. A.Q.

Q: How long will it take to do.

A: I really try to get stuff back out as soon as possible, however this is a hobby and My family, and my Real job will always come first. That being said I have been aqquiring more and more tooling to make jobs go faster. However if you needed it yesterday I am not the guy for you. Average turnaround now is about 3 weeks, the more complex it is the longer it will take. Sometimes life happens I cannot promise it will be there in 3 weeks. I will do my best but sometimes i just can't get things out as fast as i would like.

Q: How much will it cost to do.

A: That is going to change for job to job. Just because some one got one job for one price doesn’t mean you will get the same price. If I have to buy tooling, if I have to CAD, If I have to spend a lot of time its going to cost more than a simple cut. The more complex it gets the more expensive its going to be. Not a week goes by that I don’t get an email asking for a super complex cut or mod and they are shocked about how much its going to cost more than 25 dollars.
Just to let you know a midgeted, Minied, Anodized, and parts Cocker conversion will cost you over a 100 dollars. Its difficult and hard to do that’s why its expensive. If you want to haggle over a hundred dollars customizing with me isn’t for you

Q: Can you do it cheaper than Rainman, Noxx, Kidney, Or PB.

A: I am so tired getting a PM that they quoted me this can you do it for less. The answer is first if they have quoted you a price not only will I not try to do it I won’t take the work at all. SO DO NOT ASK!!!
I see nothing wrong with asking everyone who can do what but when some one gives you a quote that’s the end of it for me. All of these guys are very talented amd i doubt our prices are different enough to send multiply emails and posts.


That being said i really have enjoyed the work and projects people have had me do. I Hope to continue doing so and i appreciate all the help and understanding i have recieved from everyone so far. This is purely an effort to help answer some questions and keep me working instead of answering the same questions over and over.
