And second a three ounce injection molding machine that i got for 250.00

A second cnc mill, i dont kknow what to do with myself...lol

Injection molding with plastic? Used one of those in high school... definitely cool.... start small and get the hang of cutting molds... which you can do with that CNC machine!!!!

Very cool! Only hard plastics in the injection molding unit? I don't know much (ok..anything) about injection molding, but would some rubber grips be possible? Now that the Rubber sheridan grips aren't being made there could be a nice market for you to tap into! Very cool snags.

hmm

Well i did plastics in college so im sure it will do the standard polystrene, polypropelene and polyethele which make up almost 90 percent of all injected plastics.

Thanks dukie i have a plastic supply place down the street so i'll let you know if i need anything in the future.

Near as i can tell is about 3-4 ounces of plastic. basicly a third of a pop can.
More than enough to make grips, and numerous other small parts.

Yes a second machine will definatly speed things up for me.
