Another Merlin adaptor

Heres another one I recently finished up. This one was to adapt a non-mini CCM pump kit to a mini merlin. The customer is going to add the vert ASA later.

Your work is excellent. That looks like a beautiful piece. Mmmmhmm. I think most would like to see the OD of the portion with the 1/8 fitting similar to the OD of the cocker body though. I know its not necessary for function but it may look better visually.

You should consider making a full to mini adapter for standard 2k cockers so that they can use their full sized ccm kit on their minicocker.

It would save CCmachinist some time and make you some scratch, since mini kits are not common.

Ive been contemplating that myself. The more and more I do of these the less actual mini kits im seeing. This one was done off the cuff as I thought the kit that was going to be used was a mini but wasnt.

Jake, if you made me a 99 spec and a 2k spec adaptor to install a standard ccm kit of my choice on a minicocker, I would buy one of each (given a protoype).

You'd be my hero if you could make a reasonably priced mini cocker pump block. Just picked up one of those Superbolts and was thinking about pumping it..until I saw the only commonly available option is a $100 kit from WWA

The lack of mini cocker sniper kits sucks. Im really surprised people like CCM dont commonly stock them. Unfortunately I would'nt be able to produce a kit like that for cheap. $100 isnt all that bad.

Well, I guess we are more interested in just a front block that would enable us to screw in a standard 2k CCM Premium pump kit.
