Now that you've bumped this.... IISports has a bunch of Hammer parts on ebay right now. This includes the original cup seals which they're selling cheap (5 / $5 shipped). Might be time to stock up on a few.

Already have, more on the way and the quality is better than before since the originals were of a different material back then where as II Sports has the Delrin ones that last a bit longer. And for those wanting to change over to a 45 grip frame the Spyder Deluxe Upgrade kit has the heavy plastic bolt on 45 grip adapters with flat checkered grips.
