I'm looking for the vertical asa adapter pictured below. If anyone could tell me who made them or better yet where I might purchase one, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I wonder if it's a combination of the Aklamp collar over a 32 Degrees Spyder 1/8 NPT Threaded Vertical ASA Adapter - Stainless or something along these lines. It looks to be two piece. ![]()
