| Rec Poster  Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: lubbock/dallas TX |  spyder help my spyder has been acting up. When i shoot the marker the bolt never catches and the marker goes full auto. Any ideas?

| Shake it! B4 u bake it!  Join Date: May 2006 Location: Mississauga, ON | Sounds like your sear isn't catching the hammer. Take the grip frame off and check to see if the sear is rounded off or otherwise worn. Also check the notch in the hammer for any wear there. If either one is worn, they'll need replacing.

| Post Whore  Join Date: Oct 2006 | Yeah, it's not quite blowing back far enough. Try cleaning and lubing it and shoot a couple of drops of oil through the ASA so the valve insides get oiled up as well. Shoot it through with some air and leave the barrel off for these firings so you don't mist it with oil. When it shoots without the fine mist coming out you're good to wipe it down and put the barrel back on.
