jcurt 90 frames

has anyone tried one on a spyder..if so how was the fit?

Here she is. I had to file the casting nub and paint on both sides to get the frame to slide on smoothly. Didn't take long or much to do. Just enough that the paint came off. Also used a shorter allen head 1/4-20 to mount the 90* frame; shorter by three threads.




You can see here that the back end of the grip frame is a little longer than the trigger frame. Nothing readily noticeable, by sight or feel.


The grip frame is as wide as the trigger frame. A bit thin for my personal tastes, being used to thicker grip panels; but overall prefer the 90* grip to the M16 grip that was on it. It looks and feels great. I might try to create some palm swell panels in the future, we'll see.

Seen this while shopping at Kroger yesterday. Someone was hungry.
