Millennium bolt question.

So I'm looking to get a nice bolt for my new millennium build. I was wondering what you guys think of this.

Maybe.... Do I need to put a cocking rod on the hammer then?

Grendal50 07-19-2012 10:44 AM

For those yes.

AsaBerdahl 07-19-2012 10:45 AM

Arrrr.... I really want to get the top cocking quick remove but I can't find one.

I also have a couple Shocktech Spyder Fenix bolts. They're top cocking, with the cocking knob ~1" behind the hammer linkage.

Unfortunately the Cocking knob and linkage had to be directly over each other. And it needs to be about half an inch taller than normal to get to the cocking handle. because of the raised shape in the back.

Timmy bolts might do the trick. You would need a taller cocking knob though. I have a Shockteck Intimidator bolt in a old Spyder I hacked up.
