The valve spring is very similar to nelson.

considering that lots of nelson based guns have all odd sized springs its not to surprising. Phantoms are nelson based yet their springs are different.

Can always use some kind of washer/spacer instead of stretching. Less likely to induce even more kinking that way since stretching springs nearly always bends them or stretches them more in the middle than the ends.

Hey I picked up one of those RED phantom spring to help with velocity issues with standard paint. Since it's shorter, is it going to have the opposite effect now and not work right? What can be done?
