have you thought about this arrangement within the drum mag for even higher capacity? the mags are pretty lengthy from front to back

Alpha434 did something like that using Qloader as the base.

Yep. Now all we need to do is figure out how to mate the H7 mag with the Alpha FS Qloader.

There is a gent here using a qloader on his DAM. It appears that he used a DAM magazine as the transition between the qloader and the gun. Not knowing myself how Alpha's qloader works, will a similar method work in this case?

Sorry for the derailment...

...but while I'm at it; I lost on the hill tonight. It sucked. I did, however, get to sing "I Will Always Love You" during the open mike night going on beside us. Got some props, so ego stayed intact.

his was basically a custom q loader core that makes sure the first strikes don't tumble while being moved. i'm sure it works well but it'll be way cooler to actually look like a drum mag. i mean on such a milsim gun it HAS TO or else it's not even worth doing.

Well that's a C mag. Personally I'd prefer a traditional drum mag. Like that of a Tommy gun. I don't like how far off the sides the c mag stick. Sure it gives your ground clearance. But I think it makes it too much of a pain the way it will hang out the side of a bunker. A traditional drum we will lose ground clearance but probably no more than what the straight h7 mag has.

I wonder if a pan type drum would work well; using the mag as the transition.
