Here's a quick picture:

Jog in mechanism is to get around screw boss. spring on the bottom to return it to the 'ready' position. Just load up the rounds to push the follower down and you'd be good to go. Follower is held down until insertion by one of the ribs in the magazine until the pin is pushed into the follower body.

As pictured though, how would the push bar push the follower pin past the wall that it catches to hold the follower down? It looks like the way you have it drawn the bar would only be able to push it flush to the wall, not all the way into the follower body which would be needed to achieve the release.

I still need to think the idea through, it's just a preliminary idea so far. Could always have it rotate out of the way as well too. Not 100% sure at this point.

I am planning on running my Palmer's Stab with Bottomline ASA and was wondering what I should be trying to do as far as springs go and setting the TPC so as to get the best consistency from the Stab...

1. Should I replace Valve and Main springs?

2. Set the TPC fully clockwise or counter-clockwise and use the Stab for velocity adjustment, or somewhere in the middle and still use the TPC for velocity adjustment?
