Well I have a few other things to do before I make the hammer valves/asa's

But I will look into it

I don't expect to be able to use existing pieces, its easier to make a machine do it for ya!

I'll get right on that. I hope the RotoZip can handle it.

Alpha, once the community figures out what we want to change, regarding the bolt, I would like to see if we can get a bulk order together, and have some like you, with a good cnc machine, build them. I can do them as one offs, but the cost will make the retail price too high for most end users.... Putting a $100 bolt into a $140 marker is kinda silly.

Ty
I would contact ApoC_101 he could tell you a lot about this kind I of thing. Very knowledgable, and very informative concerning this subject.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the barrel breaks are due to that front detent. Which wouldn't be needed with an appropriately under bored barrel

if a little rubber nipple is breaking the ball, then what is slamming it into an underbored barrel at 300 fps going to do?

Where the ball is placed after the bolt return to its primed position will place the ball so that it is not slamming the breach

Anything other then pushing it into the barrel, which it doesn't, will allow it to roll back and fourth between the bolt face and the barrel. that means when fired it slams into the barrel.
Never liked freaks on breach loading guns. just a personal preference.

It's bore drop I thought. To my knowledge my rounds have never rocked back and forth with my trracer. Not sure on this it still has the detects in it. All I'm saying is studies have shown far fewer breaks with an under bored barrel

If I remember correctly with my trracer if you pumped a round and than unscrewed the barrel the round would often come out just slightly cupped into the barrel. But in could be way off
