Does the ball fall out? Just a long screw to hold it in place? How sturdy?

after seein that pic

why not just make a little adapter/spacer plate to fill the giant hole

wouldnt need to screw threads, just a through hole

That would work. Just a little piece shaped like the existing filler piece, but rounded to 1" OD on the top? Probably 3 holes so you could use CCI/CCM feedkecks (2 holes) and then 1 feed hole.

i think thats overkill

ease of machining says square bottom, radius top, big hole, or even a slot for screw clearance

the amount of effort to take the adapter out and put the stock vert feedneck back in isnt worth the extra ops to make the part for ccm/spyder feednecks

i just drew this up in 5min

.500 Radius
3/4" Thru hole
1/4" Thru hole

1.5" OAL
1" Wide

i dont have any real dimensions.... so i just made em up

i'd drill the hole for the phantom block as an oversize thru hole, that way your not trying to thread into delrin.....

Exactly what I was thinking before I decided extra holes could be ok.
