Rocking trigger

May be a dumb question but I got a rocking trigger in a trade. It came with no charger and has a 9 volt duracell in it. Do I need a charger aswell for the trigger or what's the 9 volt for ?

Its electric it needs a source of power, these grips use a 9.6volt battery and they are rechargeable. So if you do not have a 9.6volt rechargeable battery, and you have a regular 9volt then you dont need a charger.

You have to use a 9.6 volt. A 9 volt won't work well with these e triggers.

they just run out quicker, if you have a 9.6 or can get a 9.6 then get one, but i have used a 9 volt on my sons for 3 or 4 years no with no problem. My friend has had his for 4 years also, no problems.
