Original Hammer Springing

Hey folks,

I picked up joedirt's awesome vert air/regulated Kingman Hammer. He's got it sweet-spotted to 400 psi and it shoots around 260. I want to see if I can potentially get an even softer shot and bring the velocity up a little (even at the loss of efficiency) so I'm thinking about trying a softer valve spring or heavier hammer. Are there any spring kits that will work on an OG Hammer? Or springs I can try from other markers?

Thanks,
Matt

jtpaintballparts.com had some old sureshot nelson spring kits last year dirt cheap like $5 but not sure if they still do. but may be worth looking in to.

Natch. Anyone know if CCI or Spyder springs will work?

maddman cocker spring kits. I believe the main springs drop right in but the valve spring needs a coil trimmed. I have never done it but it seems a lot of people do it.

CCI phantom kit should work but you only get 1 valve spring with it.

I think I have used at least five of the springs from the one madman kit i bought for a superbolt, scattered in a variety of markers.

Always money well-spent, for sure.
