| I know, I did those first, and for some reason they don't match now, I think I jsut need to refinish them. thanks, guy I really appreciate teh comments. I hope to mod one of my other Spyders to match, well it will have wood grips, a diffrent handguard, and a folding stock.

| Check around for a dealer in hardwoods in your area. There's a world of color and grain options that you can get and that won't rely on cheezy stains. One option that is not too expensive (about the same as oak) is black walnut. A little deeper and dark a color than regular walnut.

 | if you want a real dark and strong wood there is peruvian walnut, probably mor expensive m but man it is a SOLID wood. I have a 1 foot 2x4 of it and it is like a rock, but very nice looking wood.
