Q & A Thread ....

Post your question here I guess and I'll do my best to answer then.
Whether it's about a project you need help with or parts you need or work you might need help with.
Maybe you just want to know something about something I did or made.

Ask away ......

I do have a few rules I go by just to let you know.

#1 ) I WILL NOT COPY ANYONE'S WORK OR DESIGN.
#2 ) If I do work for you and it's your design, I will not make it for anyone else with out your permission.
#3 ) Payment on work will be made when work is done.
#4 ) I don't like to post prices on a open forum. PM me on price quotes.
#5 ) I do take trade on work or cash & trade depending what I need at the time.
#6 ) I do not give out time lines. Reason is I have a full time job & a family to take care of first. This is a hobby.
#7 ) All machine work is done at customer risk.

I do custom milling.
I do prototype work.
I do powder coating.
I do restoration.
And I make things .......

Thank you for your time.

Hi Ken,

Love the look of the peacemaker. Was wondering if it was possible to use a left and right feed body instead of having the ball go through the top chamber to the lower tube.

You know I'm not sure but to stack the tube's on top of each other the feeds might be in the way. They might hit the sides of the body and not line up for the valve body's. So I really don't know till I see the body's.

I am interested in *how* you rounded the top tubes on the Ma-Duece-A's on a manual mill.

Point to point with a radius cutter in 3 dimensions. Easy.

Still pretty damn tricky. I don't know very many machinists who can dream that one up on their own.

Nope ..... Very easy really ....
I just use a corner rounding bit.

I just use one with a .500 R on a 3/4 shank.

Peacemaker Qs: How were the bodies and air adapters held together? Why stagger the top portion from the bottom?

Ditto Deuce Q: Is it a 2 stage sliding trigger? First half pull firing one side, last half firing the other side?

Thanks
