To start off I'm not very good with computers. I know enough to just get on line, find the site I like and enough to screw things up. That's it really.

So what I need help with is a Logo made and some help with a web site.
Simple right, I don't even know were to start. Oh and very little money to work with on this too.

Anyone want to work with me ?

Well, you could do something like this, Webs - Make a free website, get free hosting Its a free website making website. No HTML coding required. That's what I would recommend. Or some other free website maker, such as Free Website Builder | Make Your Own Website with Free Templates at uCoz.com or Wix Free Website Builder | Wix.com

I might be able to help. I do digital design and production in an ad agency. Done a little bit of everything over the years. Haven't tackled a web site in a while though. How soon are you hoping to get things up and running?
