Not sure. With a printer you could do different bore diameters

I personally haven't seen a 3d printed product with a surface finish I would consider smoooth enough to be the bore of a barrel. Maybe someone with more knowledge could chime in?

If you are still thinking of this route, SLA printing is pretty smooth. On the other hand, what about printing the adapter with a FDM/FFF printer, but then using freak inserts as the barrel? There's your adjustable bore.

That's a thought, I have moved on from this project. If someone else wants to take it further have at it.

I'm working with someone on something using the stub barrel. Should have something before end of month assuming his other projects don't get in the way.

Gonna leave this here...

A) It currently works well enough that I could play with it. Similar to one of those goblins one shots.
B) Not feasible as a production run at current time, there's some kinks that need to be worked out. Too high of a production time.
C) Need to test on more than just my own havoc.

For those curious of what came of this...I'm pretty much scrapping the idea because while novelty is great, I cannot justify my own assets in making an over priced party popper.

Notable points:
-Shoots 215-230 with paint approximated with a chrono.
-Cannot load more than one round per chamber with paint.
-Shoots paint just fine. I'm just a ballin'
-I do have another idea in mind for this.

And lastly a video:
