The secret to the hunt is tied in the Owner's past, so the virtual reality world is chock full of 70s and 80s references (Music, TV shows and movies, video games, books, RPGs, etc).
Told you that you'd get a kick out of that one. Glad you're enjoying it.

Almost finished with The Way of Kings, the first in Brandon Sanderson's epic Stormlight Archive series. Really liking it, and the reveals at the end of this book have me looking forward to the rest of the series. Sanderson and Patrick Rothfuss are really the best epic fantasy authors of this generation.

Next up - Robopocalypse by Daniel Wilson. Been on my list for a while, and I feel like doing something sci-fi. We'll see if it holds a candle to World War Z.

Wideacre by Philippa Gregory, and Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter.

The first one is pretty good so far. I'm not as attached to Abraham, though I just started it. I'm glad I downloaded it on a sale day.

The Ernest Cline goodness starts at about 5:20. Enjoy.

Odd how they posted this up just today. Odd, but happy coincidence.
