Can somebody give me a link to all the info on living legends so I can see if a trip is possible

More: Right now plane tickets are cheap if flying and a bunch of folks are heading out, so you may easily find folks in your area traveling, etc.

To carry on with this subject I too am looking at the possibility of attending. I am curious about camping options, are there camp sites available at CPX? If not how close can you get, and what does it cost? Gas to and from Superior is gonna cost me about as much as it costs to play (fees and paint), so I want to keep other expenses down.

I have heard there is "limited camping" at the field. I'm not entirely positive HOW limited but I'd imagine with a large game (I believe it's normally about [edit- 700] players?) it probably fills up quick. Many people book local hotels from what I understand.

player counts have been in the 650-750 range over the last few years. The camping is pretty significant - enough room for several hundred tents.

I have camped in the past - I prefer a hot shower at the end of the day so I'll be in a hotel again. The camping has pretty limited support - little running water. Expect to bring most of what you need for the weekend.

I've camped and done the hotel thing. The "amenities" at the field are non-existent. Bring EVERYTHING you plan to need. But, there is a ton of room if you do choose to camp.

That said, I'll be staying in a hotel again this year.

Thanks good to know guys.. Is there a particular hotel where a majority of the players go? Or an after game hangout?

The place that most of the players go after the game is Heroes. There are about 3-4 hotels that are all around Heroes that a god portion of the players stay at because it is walking distance from there.
Believe me, after a few "wobbly pops" you don't want to b driving, even the "block" that you are away from your hotel.
