Designing a 3D printed Zeta Adapter M17

So..

I combed the internet and I cannot find a 3d model of a zetamag adapter for the Milsig M17.

onlything i can find is people selling shotty printed versions of them. This is LAME... Looking at the pictures they have a lot of ripples/ghosting, and I'm not going to pay someone to print be a crappy part.

SO...

I have started designing my own.. AND I am going to make sure anyone can download and print one..

HERE IS THE PROBLEM...

I do not own a Zetamag.. and honestly I do not have any money I can spend on a zetamag that I may or may not be able to make a successful adapter. But I have the 3d printer, and I have the M17. I have made a part which fits into the m17, with a hold for the best guesses I can make on the shape/size of a zetamag. Also.. have no clue where and how to make the release.

So here is where I ask anyone who may be interested in such a thing to help out by loaning me a zetamag.. even a busted one, that has enough left of it to model it. If I design a successful adapter I would surly send you 1 or 2 back with the zetamag which I would obviously send back.

Anyone game?

I have it on my M17. It works great. No need to 3d print one unless you do something cool like the guy did with the vector kit.

I think the point is being missed here.. even though milsig sells one, there are people out there selling 3d printed ones. Paintball used to be about bettering the sport..

I want to come up with something, anyone can use without having them pay someone for it...

I get you want to diy it on your own dime and share the file, but since when is supporting a company whose sole aim is to grow magfed not bettering the sport? Or support the 3d printers out there who have already put in the time and money to make what you want?
