| Pump Pandemonum 4 change of date! According to rumor from Pyrate Jim, this is official: From EMRs current schedule of events: Quote:
No explanation has yet been provided for the change of date from July 14/15 without consultation of anyone involved in promoting the game. I have a prior commitment for August 5 which I may not be able to move around, so there will likely need to be a new general for the blue side. -rat

| That sucks about the conflict, Rath... it won't seem like a PP if you aren't there.  As for the date change, I will be you a case of paint that it has K2's behind it. We will see July become a K2 event or, maybe Blue just decided to spend July on the boat. Personally, I love August at EMR. It is one of their best, least muddy months of most years. Here's hopin'.  I hope you can work out your conflict, Rath. If you need, I could whip up an official looking subpoena for you...

 | That's actually a benefit for me, I planned on spending alot of July on the road, and I think the Indiana Big game is July, which I want to consider revisiting this year. Sorry for those the change outright screws though, that sucks.. I agree with Drum, August seems to be a bit less hot than June July lately, and less rain=less humid. |

 | It should work out ok for me,I planned for it based on the August date as it was listed on their site like that for a little while now.I didn't even remember what the old date was or that it even changed until I looked at this post.
