I think a lot of the ideas were good. Let folks offer to donate a toy saying how much they want for it. Carter chooses what he thinks will be the best deal and of interest to the members and fixes the number of tickets at 120% or 150% of that amount. The profit goes to the website or PB museum. If he gets an embarrassing amount of surplus, he can always buy something sweet with it and hold another raffle for that at even odds or less.

I'm just worried that this could make MCB far too addictive! Worse than it is now!
