Not really news, but... I'm hiding because I'm sick

Just in case folks might be wondering where I am, etc. I've been really sick lately. Just a cold/flu I suppose.

I ran the redhook 5k race on the seacoast on Sunday... while sick. And just competed in my veledrome race last night.. while even more sick (placing third all the while).

So now I'm just ready to die.

I haven't read a thing in about a week. Please excuse my absense, and I hope to be up and back in shape where I can stare at the computer screen sometime soon!
