I have to agree, ads are okay, Carter you put a ton of work into this place, why not get some help on it.

I can't think of anything that I've ever actually bought as a result of a banner add, but I have clicked on a few to check some things out. I don't mind ads at all as long as they aren't flashing at me while I'm trying to read something.

Well if it's not any trouble why not test it will little banner ads for Vintagerex, topbidr, etc. This would give everyone an Idea of what MCB would look like with ads.

Personaly I figure if it doesn't bother you I won't be bothered by it

I think it's a neat idea for extra support funds!

Use your own judgement, Carter. I think so many of us use adblocking programs that if we really don't want to see them, we won't.

The only beef I have is with ads that either talk/make noises, or the kind that popup, or the ones that do stuff when you roll the mouse over them.

If we get boob ads, can we get good looking shirtless guy ads too?

Banner and sidebar ads never bother me, you tend to forget they even exist after awhile, but if means you can get some cash for it, I say go for it!

i agree with everyone and say go for it. as long as they aren't flashy or pop-up, i'm cool with it. and no PBN ads allowed... unless you make them pay triple the standard rate.
