| I Am The Admin | Last Minute Castle Prep There are a few of us heading off to Castle tomorrow. Here's a few last minute prep ideas and/or things you should know. 1. Bring extra guns. The EMR Triangle will be sure to jinx one of those guns. "It was working fine yesterday" will be heard over and over. 2. Bring money. Cash is king, especially when you see the items that people bring to sell and trade. It is a gun/part whores paradise. 3. Bring items to trade. No cash? Guns are worth their weight at EMR. 4. Make sure to Palm (give some money to) S7G, and Wycke. Wycke brings a bunch of food and keeps us fed. (I bet he'll bring some cheese right Oldschool?) And Dave (S7G) is bringing lots of goodies from Alaska.... Think about that... Goodies from Alaska. Yeah.. so make sure these guys are taken care of ok? 5. Extra clothes and socks. It may rain, it may not, but just be prepared. 6. Towels for showers.... This is mostly for me, because I always forget and end up using an old tshirt. 7. Pillow: if in a bunk house. I've seen too many people forget them. 8. Defenders: Do NOT bunch up the reinsertion point. If we are being pushed back, do everything you can to get out. Hold your position, aka Wall at all costs. Let people know if one is being lost. 9. Attackers: Be prepared to do a LOT of walking. There are many hills for you to climb. Take your time, and conserve your energy. You'll need it in the end more then the begining. 10. The Last Castle DVD (Spring Castle of 2006) will be there and for sale at EMR. Anyone have a portable DVD player? 11. Did I mention to bring money or guns? 12. Have fun. No matter what side you're playing on, win or lose, we're here to have fun and get together. Can't wait to see everyone there. Any other points? |

Are you running out of things to contribute to this conversation, or are you afraid someone here might have missed that other thread? PS: I will bring a bunkhouse bong, as I noticed no-one else has that on their list. Last edited by Schmitti; 09-28-2006 at 12:33 PM.. |

I apologize for my duplicate posting and will go hit myself in the head repeatedly with my copy of "Engineering Mechanics: Statistics and Dynamics" by Pytel and Kiusalaas. Will this appease you oh Drum, King of all that is typed on this forum.... go smoke some dope and leave me alone! E
