So is that new left side column annoying or useful?

I'm just curious.

That, and how can I make it better?
What links would you like to see? Or rather see?

I also figure we can add more items to that column as we go along... Tech Article links... for the mostly requested items.

Link to the Blue Book, once I get that up and running again... --> That's next anyhow.

I don't have all the ideas. Lay them on me.

And if it just ends up stupid, and just looks like it belongs... Let me know.
I only currently have it showing on the Main Forum page... and not anywhere else once you get in to actually READ the forums, so you have enough room to read and view.

Useful but I think it would be better if some of the links opened up on a new browser window automatically or a smaller pop-up box.

I always right-click and select 'open link in new window'.

I think I'd prefer it of those options were available as links in the quick bar at the top of the site. It's always present, and never in the way.

I think its kinda annoying...mainly because it shrinks the page and consists of links I dont use or already have bookmarked.

On the main forum page. And I reworked it a bit, so it doesn't take up so much room!!!

I think that looks better now. And I know I reused some links, but I'm thinking of the future links. I've run out of room on the top nav bar already... On my father-in-laws computer with his resolution settings it already overlaps. Ugh.

Also some of the links are not currently linked in that nav bar, and I have no room. And new people don't know they exist.

So I'm trying to make the best of all worlds.... Make it fit for everyone. But still be expandable for the future...

Ok.. and for THOSE who did not like the left side column... You can change the theme.... At the bottom left of the page, change the theme, and you will no longer see that column....

I think it needs a "modifications" link if you were to do that. I love reading conversion articles and how-to's and the like.

But yeah, I like the side bar.
