BYOP: Every sunday on the speedball field, and once a month for everyone
Play Style: Woodsball and Speedball
Local Tournaments: Yes
Rating: 5 Stars

There have several fields including speedball, urban town, western town, castle, village, and a few woods courses made up of the usual stick/natural bunkers. The paint prices are aren't bad for an outdoor field at $70 a case as they keep the fields in good shape. Fields do pretty well with the rain but they have had trouble on the urban town and speedball field with mud but they are working on the issue by building ditches. The refs are friendly and the owner is a really nice guy and checks up on people all the time to see how the day is going. The refs do a good job of guiding eliminated players off the field as well. They also run scenario games, and they even have a pump day once a month as well so they listen to customer suggestions. It's also nice that they offer a 1/2 day field fee so if you only want to play from 12ish-4 then it's only $5 to get in. Barrel socks are required for everyone to play which is a nice touch.

I work at this field. There are some issues that keep the score a 3 for me. First is the pricing. The field fee is $20 per person, and $25 on BYOP wednesday. Paint by the case is $63 after tax. They have a deal right now here you can get in for $15 if you buy a case, but I've personally never gone to a field and shot that much on a non-BYOP day. The lighting on the field is dim when there's no sunlight, they could stand to add more lights or fix the once they have burnt out. The owner isn't around a whole ton so it's basically run by teenager, but they do a good job giving the safety briefing and the refs watch over players keeping masks down and barrel covers on when they need to be very well. Also the fields are a tad small, and the outdoor field is in rough shape. It's nice that they are open wednesday and friday on top of the weekends, but it can be a crapshoot as the weather there are a lot of people playing or not. Ultimately I wouldn't go there very often if I didn't work there and get the field fee waived.

For shame - that this fine field was not posted earlier in this thread.

Field Name: Flying Dutchman Paintball
Location: Dover-Foxcroft Maine (up there a ways)
BYOP: Not that I know of
Play Style: Almost purely woods ball-includes a wooden castle and a plywood village, a wooded town, a wooded fortress and some pure wooded fields. All are well built and maintained. Newer indoor field as well, was excellent last year and should be better this year-allows for year round play!
Local Tournaments: Not up to speed, the owner has ongoing statistics of players and may or may not hold local tournaments but no air ball or regional/national things.
Rating: 4 stars, Prices are excellent, the establishment is well run, the fields are some of the best, and some of the reffs are great. The time delay between games and the lower turnout of players keeps the fifth star just out of reach.

BYOP: Yes
Play Style: Woodsball, and Speedball
Local Tournaments: Yes, occaisionally
Rating: Stars 4 : Excellent feild owner and staff. Everyone is freindly and very humorous. Only annoying part is we dont get many players down much, and the woodsball feilds are kind of small, and the Speedball feild never varies greatly, and is usually a simple setup.

I haven't been to the new location to play (But some of us here have). Recently ownership changed so I have no idea on rating or if they still have BYOP days.

They also have an indoor speedball field.

I was going to post this one. I agree w/ the above and will add that it's a HUGE wooded field (~700 acres) and features cows for your viewing enjoyment. The 'speedball' field is very large and has wooden spools, hydro pipes, and various wood bunkers. It's about the best woods field in the area but the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

I'll add:

Sac Pump Day field
It's a private field owned by Peter Simpson (Wharfrat) and co-hosted by Tim Firpo (FirePro84). We gather once a month or so, usually the last Sunday of the month.
Fee: Free, donations welcomed. I usually supply the burgers, buns, and cheese. Pete cooks mystery-meat ghetto-dogs for everybody.
BYOP: Duh
Play style: Speedball, w/ pump guns only (semi's allowed after 2pm, as long as it doesn't get out of hand)
Tournaments: We've had a couple
Rating: 5+!

Plus people take pics throughout the day w/ Tim's camera, and he (usually) posts the pics on his website.

It's a decent field, only has 1 Speedball tournament,1 X-Ball,and two small woods fields at the moment. One of the woods fields is a King of the Hill field w/ a rather large hill in the middle, the other field is an Old School woods tournament style field with lots of natural cover. Not alot of bunkers set up as of yet here, but, then again the field has only been in business since last year.
